Legal Agreement

6. Limitation of Liability

Terra Pulse shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services.

10. Dispute Resolution Procedures
